Latest Chapter Review - Chapter 630 : What can fill a hole

Obito continues to rant some more. He still wants to convince Kakashi of how awesome his plan is by making a young Rin and Obito appear. He says that in the illusion world, anything can come true and the hole in their hearts can be filled.


Kakashi dismisses the genjutsu and tells Obito to face reality. That Rin is dead and he should honor her memory instead.


The Juubi is transforming again. Killer Bee and Hachibi decide that now with Naruto healing, it’s their turn to fight the battle. The Juubi has created a gigantic Bijuudama.


Sakura gives everyone an inspirational speech about fighting till they die. Naruto has done his part and it’s everyone elses turn since Naruto has made them realize that he considers all of them as his comrades.


Shikamaru comes up with an idea. With the help of Ino, he reaches Kitsuchi and asks him to teach all of them a basic form of an earth barrier.


Back to Kakashi and Obito, they still argue about reality. Kakashi lectures him some more, saying that the hole in the heart can be filled with the help of others.


In the battlefield, the Juubi released the bijuudama. The wall counters and tries blocking it, but the Bijuudama is too strong. Hachibi shield the army from the Bijuudama when it manages to go past the walls.


Back to the other dimension, Obito continues to taunt Kakashi. Kakshi throws back Obito’s famous quote, modifying it a little.


In the battlefield, before the bijuudama hits Hachibi, it suddenly vanishes. A very familiar, but suspicious Kunai is then seen. Minato appears on the field in front of Naruto.


Naruto reacts as if he knew his father had arrived all along.






So….. what do you think of this chapter. Love it? Hate it? Feeling neutral?


This chapter was better than the others.

I find the talk between Obito and Kakashi boring and stretched out, because at this point, I lost hope that either of them are going to change their minds.


Sakura….. my hate towards her doesn’t mean that I will bash her. I hate her attitude mostly, which has nothing to do with her power. She is healing Naruto, and her speech was quite inspirational too.


It’s strange how B and Hachibi suddenly appear. Seems like Kishimoto had forgotten about them.


And Minato… I really thought that Kishi would stretch this out more. He tends to do that. But I’m glad he appeared.
